Specifications / Offset
- After we receive a file via email ( up to 5 Mb) or to our FTP, or via CD-Rom / DVD-Rom, we make the imposition, which is a form of digital assembly: we prepare a work for CTP print, with previous preparation test copy (digital proof) with a precise color patterns
- The most recommended files are PS (PRN) or PDF created in Adobe Distiler 5.05 minimum up to PDF 1.4 in high resolution: recom. 300 dpi, size 1:1 in vectorised or bitmap form (ZIP images compression )
- We may bear no responsibility for possible errors occurred in result of PDF files ripping, generated directly in Corel DRAW, Adobe: Illustrator, InDesigne, Photoshop, QuarkXpress.
- All works are checked and monitored with Pdf Preflighter and Pdf Organizer.
- The works must be saved in centered form (the same printed area margins) with defined net format – TRIM. Create punctures, add 3 mm bleeds, mark cutting or scoring lines. Text free area min. 3mm to internal cutting line.
- Works saved in CMYK without RGB components, additional colours (SPOT) according to Pantone have to be trapped when the overlap with other colours. Black colour 100% „printed on” or with background selection with trapping.
- Fonts change to curves or include font inside the document.
- Punching die and UV selective varnish for compositing - addend as an additional colour, printed on when UV varnish is used.
